The 4-star Marlin Canary Wharf apartments feature bare wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious open-plan living areas have sofas and a flat-screen TV/DVD player. Each apartment has a fitted kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, and there is also a cosy dining area. Guests can make use of laundry facilities and a weekly housekeeping service is also provided. Just a 10-minute drive from the ExCel Exhibition Centre, guests at Marlin Canary Wharf are only 5 miles from London City Airport. Canary Wharf Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Please note the apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise at least GBP 200 on your chip and PIN credit/debit card upon arrival. Reservations made for weekend days may be pre-authorised up to GBP 500. As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Marlin Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. Please be aware that Marlin Canary Wharf operates a strict no-party, no-gathering policy. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in. Failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being cancelled. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. With at least 24 hours' notice, breakfast can be provided. Please note that images are for illustrative purposes; the actual apartment may differ. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
