Surrey in South East England is often considered a wooded county as it contains a wide variety of trees across different landscapes. Brooklands Museum and London Bus Museum are located in the same complex and are great places to visit. Brooklands museum contains a range of auto racing vehicles like cars, motorcycles and bikes. The museum contains all the vehicles that graced the racing track in Brooklands before its closure in 1939. There are also exhibits of the hawker planes used by the British Air force during the Second World War. London Bus museum contains a collection of buses including the very first London Omni buses that graced the city. One can find the open top buses that were in vogue in the 1920s, the routemaster London Buses of the 1960s and the driver-only buses that were introduced in the 1970s.

Losely Park is another popular tourist attraction in Surrey. The award-winning walled garden containing the rose garden, herbs, vegetables and white garden is located in this park. Tourists can walk down the lake that is situated right in front of this park. Denbies Wine Estate is an award winning working winery and is must visit place for all the touring guests. This vineyard is the largest single vineyard in the whole of England and is spread over an area of 260 acres. Guests can get a beautiful view of the surrounding vinery from the third floor of the visitor center, which also contains a restaurant. Denbies is often used by the local population to conduct parties and official meetings.

Leith Hill and tower is the highest point in the South East of England. It provides a spectacular bird’s eye view of the surrounding down town. Virginia Water Lake is another fabulous place to visit and is located closed to Windsor Park in Ascot. It provides an excellent environment for the visiting families to walk around the lake with tall trees forming a great backdrop. Surrey is also home to four of the largest race courses in Great Britain. This includes the world famous Epsom downs racecourse, which conducts the hugely popular Invested Derby every year.
